Become A Partner 2009

Instructions: This form can be filled out by a representative of an organization, a charity, agency, non-profit, profit, church, ministries, coporation, and individual, etc, who want to become a partner of Isaac Luk's Christian Hope Ministry Outreach Inc, for 2009. The listed agencies and individuals can also become  donor (s) to Isaac Luk's Christian Hope Ministry Outreach Inc, during the year of 2009-2010 and to support its vision, for helping Young Sudanese Children, the victims of Sudanese Civil war, who  are at risks of teens crimes. These partners and donors will help us to teach them  the Word of God, through  Bible Study, and other programs that will get them out from crimes, in Omaha, Bellevue, Nebraska, and around the world.

Yes, Rev. Isaac Luk, we (I) want to stand with you during the year 2009, and to quickly response to an outcry of Young Sudanese Children, who are living behind bars at juvenile prisons in Omaha, Bellevue, Nebraska and across the Country.
We (I) have pledge to support your vision for Young Sudanese Children, financially to help pay for their place of Bible Study, while learning the Word of God, and also will reduce their risk from crimes and imprisonment.
We (I) are (am) standing with you to support Isaac Luk's Christian Hope Ministry Outreach Inc, vision for the future of these Young Sudanese Children, to teach them the Word of God, so that their lives will be changed for better, and they will be the future leaders of tomorrow in Sudan and around the world for the Kingdom of God.
